Max Nav expired tiles Jan 15, 2010

Downloads of the Maxnav Sectionals prior to 3 pm on Janualry 15, 2010 did not result in actually updating the MaxNav Sectionals for some areas.

The issue has been resolved and customers are encouraged to run the MaxNav updater again to ensure currect sectionals.
