Issue:
Customers are attempting to register their products upon receipt but are attempting to register the wrong product codes or do not know which codes to register.

Resolution:
When registering products as recommended in our documentation, you are registering software applications, not hardware components. The registration numbers are found inside each respecting software application CD case on white labels. DO NOT USE the hardware serial number.

The Software Registration code is structured from seven uppercase letters followed by a dash then four lowercase letters and finally one upper case letter. Example: AXWPQRS-bcdeF

What to register:

Anywhere Map Software (Pro or PDA)- These codes will start with AXW, AXM, AWM, or AWX

Pocket Plates (Pro, PDA or ATC)- These codes will all start with PPL

Anywhere Travel Compantion- These codes will start with TCM or TCW

What not to register: (However you will need these codes entered into the Anywhere Map software to activate them.)

If you are a previous customer, go to Support> Product Registration, log in then add your new products.

If you are a new customer, go to Support> Product Registration, Click on Create a New Account, complete the account information screen the add your new products. You wil then be given your User Name and Password.

Attention ATC Customers: Please navigate to the ATC Customer Page at www.anywheremap.com/atc to complete your product registration. Also note you will NOT need to install Active Sync or Windows Mobile Device Center but you will need to install the Anywhere Update Center found on the ATC Customer page.

Attention Quadra Customers: Please navigate to the Quadra Customer Page at www.anywheremap.com/quadra to complete your product registration. Also note you will NOT need to install Active Sync or Windows Mobile Device Center but you will need to install ULink found on the Quadra Customer page.
