On your PDA:

1) Ensure the Anywhere Map™ program is not running on the PDA (Shutdown-Concern)

3) Perform a soft reset on the PDA

2) Check to ensure the PDA’s power is on and put the PDA on the cradle

On your PC or Workstation Computer:

1) Go to  Start | All Programs or Programs | Anywhere Map | Download Manager

2) Click on the “Settings” button

3) Then press the “Anywhere Map / WX” button

4) Tap on the “OK” button

5) Erase any entry in the “Manual Subscription Expiration Date”

6) Press the “OK” button

7) Now tap on the “Close” button

8) Then hit the “Close” button again

Try the installation again and it should complete properly.
