Bluetooth Access Denied -- Samsung Q1

Sometimes the older Samsung Q1s using our Anywheremap Pro software can run into Bluetooth problems. Issues can occur after a possible corruption in the software or from a settings change. When it states that Bluetooth access is denied, this typically indicates that it is an administrator problem. If you are having this problem, you can fix it by going to Control Panel > Administrative tools > Bluetooth Services (double click on this item) > Log On tab > and make sure that it is set to a local service. You then have to start and stop the service. You can do this by A) going to general and starting and stopping the service or B) restarting your computer. At this point, you should have the administrator problem eliminated. If you then go back to bluetooth devices/places, you should now be able to create a bluetooth connection.
