If you are getting a message that there are no updates available in the Anywhere Update Center, check under Help>About for the software version#. If it displays any version# other than the current Update Center version (currently 1.8.0 Build 104), download & install the new version of the Anywhere Update Center from the ATC Customer page here: www.anywheremap.com/atc

During installation you may be prompted to download & install a Microsoft "Visual C++" package; allow it to install, as this is required for the program to function.  You may also be presented with a message from Visual Studio stating that you need to close some program(s) on your PC to allow the installation to continue; close the listed programs and then choose Ignore. The installation should then continue.
