**UPDATED**     If you have the XM Weather system and the software closes immediately (less than 1 minute) after startup and will not remain running, then the following situation has possibly occured. A weather file may have been corrupted and once the AnywhereWx software sees the file (it reviews the files in memory about 30 seconds after opening) the software will close.

To remedy, close AnywhereWx and return to the main screen of the iPAQ.  

1. Tap Start > Programs > File Explorer.

2. In the gray bar near the top you'll see the name of the folder whose file contents are currently listed in the window.

3. Tap the name once to open the file structure heirarchy.

4. Tap My Device. Tap the DAT folder.

5. Now press and hold on the Wx folder until a menu pops up. Tap Delete. When asked whether to delete the Wx fodler and its contents, tap Yes.

6. Tap in the upper right corner to close File Explorer.

7. Soft reset the iPAQ, reconnect all gear, and start normally.
