ATC shows invalid airport names

Instructions for replacing the AP2.DST (airport names) file:

  1. Power on the ATC & make sure it's on the main '3-button screen' & unlocked, then connect it to your computer.
  2. Download the following file & save it to your computer's 'desktop' screen for easy access: http://www.controlvision.com/support/atc/ap2.dst
  3. Right-click on the AP2.DST file you just saved to your desktop & select "Cut".
  4. Open 'My Computer' & locate the "ATCMAP", "ATCSD", or "Removable Disk" drive corresponding to the SD card; open that drive, then the "DAT" folder listed there, & PASTE the file here, overwriting/replacing the existing copy.
  5. Once you've pasted the file, right-click on it & select "COPY", then browse to the "TFAT" drive & open the "Control Vision" folder & paste the file here, again overwriting/replacing the existing copy.

Once you've completed the above steps, use the "USB Safe Removal" tool to eject the ATC device, then physically disconnect the USB cable & wait for the unit to return to the main '3-button screen', launch Anywhere Map & verify that the airport names are now correctly displayed.
