Anywheremap recently released a new version of the Quadra Ulink (Build 62) with some exciting new changes. The new version will allow Quadra customers to select specific regions to update after receiving a lot of requests for the change. This should improve download time and save storage space. The new version has also eliminated the bugs that were causing update errors in the previous version of Ulink. One of the changes to the updater will create a registration field within Ulink. There have been some questions on how to handle this change and this article will briefly cover this new change.

The Quadra Ulink program requires that you enter your first and last name along with an e-mail address. It will then e-mail you a verification code to your e-mail address. You will have two months from the time of registration to put this code in the Quadra Ulink field. If you accidentally typed in the wrong e-mail address, you can register again and enter another e-mail address. In addition, make sure that you check your junk inbox to make sure that your e-mail host has not blocked the e-mail as spam. The updates will occur normally once the registration has been completed.
